Unlawful Restraint, Assault

On August 18 at approximately 0932 hours, the Vermont State Police received a report that Oscar Delgado was being held against his will in a vehicle. Subsequent vehicle stop and investigation led to the arrest of Janet Farrell, of Hardwick and Pamela Putvain, of Eden, for the offense of Unlawful Restraint. Both Farrell and Putvain were taken into custody, processed at the Berlin Barracks, and released with a citation to appear in court.
On August 19 Troopers were advised of a report of an assault that occurred on July 25 at New Discover State Park Campground in Marshfield. Subsequent investigation revealed that Ethan Barry, of Derby, had caused bodily injury to a domestic partner. Barry was cited to appear in Washington County Superior Court – Criminal Division on September 29 at 0830 hours.
