On October 20 at approximately 1605, Deputy Jeremy Cotnoir was on patrol in the town of Albany. While on patrol, Deputy Cotnoir was monitoring traffic operating along Vt. Rte. 14 in front of the Albany School. At this time Deputy Cotnoir observed a vehicle traveling at 70 mph while inside of a 35 mph speed zone. Shortly after traffic stop was conducted for the speeding violation and the operator was identified as Nathan Bigelow, of Barton,
Bigelow was taken into custody and released for a citation to appear in court on November 22, at 11 a.m.
