Hardwick Police responded to Hazen Union School to investigate a report of an intoxicated male who showed up to see his grandchildren. The male had driven to the high school and school staff were concerned the male would take off in his vehicle. Hardwick Police arrested the male, identified as Shawn Tardif, of Stannard, for DWI, DLS Criminal and Resisting Arrest. The male was cited to appear at the Caledonia Court on March 27.
