On March 22 Officer Force of the Hardwick Police Department conducted a routine motor vehicle stop on a black 2004 Acura MDX. Operator Alain Fradette, of East Hardwick, was operating the motor vehicle without an interlock device. He was issued a citation to appear in Caledonia Superior Court on May 15, at 8:30 a.m. Passenger Patrick Stacey, of Greensboro, had an active in state arrest warrant He was taken into custody without incident and transported to Northeast Correctional Complex on a $200 cash bail.
