CRAFTSBURY – Headwaters Community Trust’s first annual membership meeting is being held Tuesday, Dec. 9, at 5:30 p.m., at East Craftsbury Presbyterian Church. A social hour with food and refreshments will be followed by the formal meeting starting at 6:30 p.m. Members of the trust will elect Headwaters’ first board of directors at the meeting.
